Financing Folder

This folder is used to enter mortgage information and develop mortgage schedules and reports for:

  1. Money borrowed by the landlord to fund leasehold improvements
  2. Money loaned by the Landlord to the tenant for leasehold improvement and repaid over the term of the lease

Produces monthly or annual mortgage schedules for each mortgage and the combined mortgage schedule. There is no limit on the number of mortgages that can be created.

Features of the Financing Folder include the ability to:

  • Select Fixed or Variable Interest Rates
  • Choose from eight mortgage types with varying interest and payment options
  • Make additional payments or borrowings in any period
  • Create multiple Terms and Amortization periods
  • Start and terminate the mortgage or loan in any given year and month.
